Taittinger Champagne Brut Prestige Ros is a refined and racy cuve, crafted from a blend of superb Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit, primarily sourced from the renowned Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys regions. The grapes are pressed gently in vineyard press houses, preserving the delicate aromas and flavors. A small proportion of still red Pinot Noir from prestigious villages such as Ambonnay, Bouzy, and Les Riceys imparts the cuves distinctive color and intense vibrancy. After fermentation at cool temperatures, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by an extended period of three years on the lees to develop added complexity and richness. The final blend is drawn from an extensive range of at least 15 crus and incorporates young reserve wines, enhancing its fresh, lively Pinot fruit expression.
