The CC-OT Cripple Creek Banjo
The maple resonator warms up the tone of this banjo, and since it's open-backed, the sound is projected backwards and lightly dampened by your body as you play, to give it a softened, friendly character with plenty of presence and clarity. The pre-installed and high-quality Remo Fiberskyn banjo-skin adds even more warmth and, while its entirely synthetic, provides all the positive features of animal skin. The neck and resonator have both been coated in a vintage brown satin-gloss for a nicely supple playing feel and a satisfying, old-school look.
